The cafe is a collaborative effort between the Borthwick brothers—Tom, Mike, and Alex—and seasoned hospitality professional Patti Haggerty. Together, we bring a unique blend of experience in real estate, business, and culinary creativity to create something special in the heart of our community.
Patti brings years of culinary flair to Creekside. She is the founder of Bubbles and Brie Charcuterie and Graze, both beloved for their stunning grazing tables and attention to flavor and detail. Her passion for food and artistic presentation now helps define the Creekside Cafe experience.
Our vision is simple: to build a place that feels like home, where the coffee is strong, the food is memorable, and the people are treated like family.
